As long as your vehicle is on level concrete on your own property and within 25 meters of an electric point we can help. Register anywhere within 2 hours driving distance from N19 North London. What happens to your car? We explain the process below.

Step 1 - Rust proofing and undersealing. We carry out a video inspection.

You get a report on the areas that may need further attention and also get to see the before and after. The whole process can take 4 to 9 hours for a car and 2 days for a motorhome.

Step 2 - Dry clean to remove any debris

Using a jet wash can lock the moisture deep inside you don't want that! We use a combination of drill brushes, cloths and specialist cleaning guns to remove debris to create a stable surface. A jet wash can be used in certain conditions by the coast in the winter when roads have been salt gritted or if you frequently drive in wet muddy conditions. This is something you will have to do yourself before our appointment. In most cases wet washing adds an unnecessary step because often ground in dirt can only be removed with physical intervention by scraping for example. Salt if present in moisture is displaced by the coating.

Step 3 - Rust de-scaling with a pneumatic needle gun.

Layers of engrained rust will be destroyed and removed with various Pneumatic tools.

Step 4 - Cavity injection of wax - The most important part!

These hard to reach places are responsible for your vehicle rotting from the inside out. We have a specially designed spray gun and nozzle to reach deep into the chassis, door frames and wheel arches. The hidden parts of the chassis can rot from the inside we include this essential treatment in our standard package for your peace of mind. Many garages will only include cavity injection in a ``full premium treatment`` and charge you additional money. We use Bilt Hamber Dynax and s50 for this part of the restoration.

Step 5 - A Coating of Bilt Hamber Dynax UB

We use world renowned Bilt Hamber Dynax UB in black or Dynax UC which is clear. Bilt Hamber is world renowned laboratory based in England. Please check out our YouTube channel showing tests of Bilt Hamber compared to other products like lanoguard. The Dynax range forms a semi hard wax coating on the underside of your vehicle which protects your vehicle against moisture and oxygen which causes rust. Please be aware all underseals are placed over stable surface rust which acts as an adhesive. However loose rust and excess crusty rust is removed beforehand. It is a common misconception that rust causes rust. Although moisture can be retained in the porous surface of rust. Leaving rust is not what causes ongoing rust it's infact continued exposure to moisture and oxygen which causes rust. Sealants displace any remaining surface moisture and this stops further rust eating through the metal.

Step 6 - Final inspection and video to show you the transformation.

We use gold or black underseal and often find black is the most pleasing finish. Your mot garage will see your vehicle has been undersealed which will show your vehicle is well kept.
