What happens to your vehicle?

The process normally takes 1 day starting at an agreed time in the morning and you can drive your vehicle 1 hour after completion. You can quickly get a quote and book using the form on the homepage by selecting your vehicle type.
After booking we will contact you via whatsapp message to ask for a photo of your drive and confirm the details. You can pay a deposit when you book or later via our confirmation chat.
Your selected date is not live until a deposit is received and we have confirmed via whatsapp 07440 428 007.
The reason we use Whatsapp is because it allows us to easily keep records and send you the before and after videos and pictures. We will message you the evening before and the morning of your appointment to confirm the ETA.

Step 1 - Getting your vehicle ready.

We place a tarpaulin under your car to catch any debris. Your driveway remains completely clean. We then lift your vehicle on axle stands or sometimes your vehicle is reversed onto wheel ramps with the front of the vehicle lifted on axle stands.

Step 2 - Remove all undertrays.

We remove all undertrays including those that may cover the sills under the doors. This allows us to fully inspect your vehicle. Remember the MOT garage will never do this so a huge amount of rust can be lurking.

Step 3 - We carry out a before video inspection.

You get a report on the areas that may need further attention and also get to see the before and after. The whole process can take 4 to 9 hours for a car and 2 days for a motorhome.

Step 4 - Dry clean to remove any debris.

We have specialist cleaning equipment including air guns and heavy duty needle guns to remove debris to create a stable surface.
Water and moisture is a primary cause of rust so we do not use wet wash preparation. However a jet wash can be used if you frequently drive in wet muddy conditions. This is something you will have to do yourself before our appointment and your car will take many days to dry. In most cases wet washing adds an unnecessary step because often ground in dirt can only be removed with physical intervention by scraping for example. Salt if present in moisture is displaced by the coating.

Step 5 - Rust De-Scaling.

We use a specialized pneumatic needle gun to remove excess crusty rust. Other tools depending on access include an angle grinder and various drill and wire brush attachments. Remember all underseal products are designed to adhere into stable surface rust. Moisture and oxygen cause rust NOT existing rust.

Step 6 - Cavity injection of wax - The most important part!

These hard to reach places are responsible for your vehicle rotting from the inside out. We use Dynax S50 with a specially designed spray gun and nozzle to reach deep into the chassis, door frames and wheel arches. The hidden parts of the chassis can rot from the inside out. We include this essential treatment in our standard package for your peace of mind. Many garages will only include cavity injection in a ``full premium treatment`` and charge you additional money. We use Bilt Hamber Dynax and s50 for this part of the restoration.

Step 7 - A Coating of Bilt Hamber Dynax UB.

We use world renowned Bilt Hamber Dynax UB in black or Dynax UC which is clear. Bilt Hamber is a world renowned laboratory based in England. The Dynax range forms a semi hard wax coating on the underside of your vehicle which protects your vehicle against moisture and oxygen which causes rust. The coating should last 3 years or more before needing any small touch ups which you can easily apply yourself with an aerosol can. We will give you information about re-application in person. Step 8 - Final inspection and video to show you the transformation.

We use black or clear underseal but find black gives the best as new finish. Your mot garage will see your vehicle has been undersealed which will show your vehicle is well kept.
